Located in Nulkaba, NSW, this thoughtfully customised Wyndham Four Guest 27 demonstrates how a flexible base design can be elevated into a truly personalised home. Featuring the Cottage 24° façade, the exterior balances classic charm with contemporary detailing — a fitting choice for clients, Raelene and Stuart building their long-term dream home.

To achieve a light, coastal-inspired look that would feel welcoming and timeless, Stuart and Raelene selected PGH Coastal Hamptons bricks in Washed White. These are complemented by a Colorbond® Dune roof, matching gutters and render, creating a soft, cohesive palette. Dover White fascia and garage door selections help keep the façade bright and fresh, while the bold Monument front door adds contrast and a strong focal point at the entry.

Beyond the façade, this home highlights the level of customisation possible within the design. Skylights were incorporated to maximise natural light, addressing a common misconception that we do not install skylights to our homes. Internally, upgrades such as 2.7m high ceilings, one of our luxe kitchen layout options, statement brass tapware, upgraded kitchen sink, and carefully selected bathroom mirrors all contribute to a home that feels considered, spacious and tailored to the way the clients live.

From a builder’s perspective, what we love most about this home is how confidently Stuart and Raelene embraced upgrades and design changes to create a space that feels both refined and practical.
